At OCS we are keenly aware of the responsibilities we have to our customers, our staff and to the wider communities within which we operate.
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment through initiatives that support the mitigation of climate change and in developing our approach to sustainability we have adopted the European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model and, in 2008, embarked on the EFQM Levels of Excellence programme.
OCS is proud that our business remains in private ownership and is still run today by the family that founded it, with family values still forming the foundation of our corporate culture.
We recently achieved triple certification with BSI (British Standards) for quality (ISO 9001:2000), environment (ISO 14001:2004) and Health and Safety (BS OHSAS 18001) across all parts of the UK business.
