In all fast moving retail and supply chain environments it is difficult to keep track of equipment. Over time, the loss of pallets and cages can be expensive and their replacement time consuming.

At OCS Retail Support we can assist in equipment tracking and equipment monitoring as part of a regular contract or on an ad-hoc basis. We audit all equipment such as cages in each distribution centre location, including a quality and damages check, and provide a detailed report with a final value. This allows more accurate monthly accounting for the client, whilst highlighting particular issues of loss that can then be swiftly addressed. All assets can be tagged which allows an understanding of movement around the business and results on condition and value can be automatically uploaded into a database for improved monitoring and control.
